Klavi have two ways to provide services, one is White-Label(H5), and the other is API.

Regardless of how partners integrate Klavi services, the user journey should be as follows:

- The user journey starts with your website or app;
- At a certain point, you send the user to the Link page for bank connection, which handles credential validation, multi-factor authentication (MFA) or one-time-password (OTP) and input error handling;
- The bank connection usually takes a few seconds and the user will be redirected back to your page (the callback\_url provided by you) to continue.
